Shipping policy

At RD Nawab, we want to ensure your fragrance reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and charges.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within India, via our shipping partner Shiprocket.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges range from ₹120 to ₹200 depending on your delivery zone. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment Mode
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link (powered by Shiprocket) so you can track your package in real time.

Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of any significant delay.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received it within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
